Hello My Name Is...

Ms. B. Alexander

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. I am so excited to work with you and your child! It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.

I grew up in McDonough, Georgia where I attended East Lake Elementary. I then attended Union Grove Middle School for 6th-8th. I graduated from Union Grove High School in 2011. For college, I attended Gordon State College where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.

This will be my first year teaching fourth grade at Lee Street. I taught two years of kindergarten at Tussahaw Elementary. It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students. I attempt to teach each subject with a passion so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication open between us and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need! I look forward to a great year together!

Hello My Name Is...

Ms. Anderson

Kids are my passion and I love to see them succeed. I am so excited to be working with your child this school year, in the 4th grade.  This year will be filled with lots of fun learning and lots of new adventures.

A little information about me is, I grew up in Clayton County until I went off to college at Kennesaw State University. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sport Management. I went through an alternative schooling program to receive my teaching certification in Early Childhood Education. I have been working with kids for about 10 years now. From teaching, to coaching, to mentoring. When I am not grading papers, I like to play volleyball, play basketball, go to different sporting events, and try out new restaurants.

This is my first year teaching at Lee Street Elementary. I was at another school in Clayton County for 3 years in the Special Education Department. My mission is to teach each subject and make them all interesting and fun for the students leaning. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication open between us and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need! I look forward to a great year together!

Ms. Jackson

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. I am excited to see what goals your child will reach this year! It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures. Here’s a little bit about me.

I was born and raised Macon, Georgia where I attended Joseph Clisby Elementary, which is presently Vineville Academy. I then attended Miller Middle School and graduated from Central High School in 2006. I attended Valdosta State University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have a Master’s Degree in Human Services from Capella University.

This will be my fifth year of teaching. I taught for four years in Macon, Georgia. I look forward to the journey of living and teaching in the area.
